Yep, some of them are listed on my profile. I have : - weight goals (GW1 : 165lbs, GW2 : 160lbs, GW3 : 154lbs (the number is odd, I know), etc.); - bf% goals (I celebrate with a victory dance each point of percentage lost); - cardio fitness goals (being able to run 5k, then being able to run 5k under 30, being able to run…

You can have 4-5 portions of veggies in your day without having at snacking on them throughout the day. For example, you can add veggies to your morning omelette or to your smoothie (because of the fruits, you don't even taste them). When you're preparing a meal that is composed of some carbs (potatoes, rice, etc.), a…

Yup. They say "You get fit in the gym. You lose weight in the kitchen." But you still have to combine both. If you only change your eating habits, you'll lose weight, but you're body composition will remain the same. If you only exercise, the changes in your body size will take longer to appear.

No one's ever supported me in my attempts at losing weight, but the one sentence I keep repeating myself is : "An imperfect work-out now always beats a perfect work-out delayed indefinitely."

I plan my week on Sunday morning, grocery shop, and then cook meals for the week ahead. I log to make myself accountable and also because it's an easy way to see where to tweak (whether I'm not in my calorie/macro range).

^^I'm guilty off putting my multivitamin on diary, but it helps me to not forget to take it in the morning. I saw "ironing clothes" once.

I accept all of them. It makes up for the popularity I didn't have while in HS ( at the mere thought).

^^It might be because of how this sounds in my head once translated in my native language, but it sounded like innuendo and I just went :noway: :embarassed: before reading the rest of the thread.... EDIT : Do not mind this post, just realized there were indeed naughtier posts but they got deleted, so it's all good in the…

bump I'll need to read that often in the near future

my diary is open to everyone too, but I don't log in my work-outs. I just let my activity tracker syncing how many calories I burned daily.

maybe he deleted you because you said it was a grilled cheese, even though it contained tomato. everyone knows a grilled cheese is only bread, butter and cheese, and that one with anything else is considered a panini. people can be sensitive about that kind of stuff.

donc, en fait, si je comprends bien, ce groupe n'est pas tout à fait mort.... en passant, bonjour, capitaine

that's funny, I always thought they were both different words for the same produce. but then again, English is not my first language...

I just finished researched this and it seems like it's a glorified exfoliation/moisturizing routine. I might be mistaken. I admit I do this all the time and I have the smoothest skin ever, but don't think it's related to health improvement.

I used to use Endomondo, which was super great at what it does, but stopped using it once I got my Up. Someone says that they're pretty sure Endomondo overstates burned calories. I agree, but all those maps do so too.

^^This A calorie is nothing but an unit of energy, just like joules or BTU's. So when people say "a calorie is just a calorie", they're right. BUT We can't take calories out of context. We don't live in a universe where we gobble down little spheres of energy. Those calories come from food and that food have a varying…
