Last week I made a pretty delicious recipe. Only used 13 medium shrimp, since they were what I had. Can do more just tweak the recipe to your needs. Preheat oven to 350. Hi! If you're wanting to work up to running, you should try Couch-2-5k! I'm finishing up my first week of it today. So far I love it! In 9 weeks I should be able to run (or jog) 5k without having to stop and no more gasping for air! Hopefully! Here if you need any support!
