Diet pills don't work for long term results! However, I do recommend supplements to assist in your goals! I take a multivitamin and I also take stuff to assist in my workouts! Otherwise, its nutritious food and exercise!

I drink Advocare Spark in the morning instead of coffee. I'll drink it before or after breakfast depending on my day/schedule. I like that it gives me a small boost without making me feel jittery!
