I too have very little upper body strength. I find that using my elbows makes it do-able (still REALLY difficult, but do-able) and yes - keep at it! You will get there :)

Hello - I had the same issue. I did ask my doctor about this - she suggested that I take a biotin supplement, and make sure you get plenty of protein. I take one along with a multi-vitmin and an extra b complex vitamin supplement, and I also use Organix biotin and collagen shampoo. All of these things seem to be helping. I…
