  • Nah, you're not boring. When I'm not drinking alcohol I drink only water too - and I'm not boring! LOL. I have started adding the flavored waters to curb the cocktail craving lately, but I generally prefer plain water on the rocks.

  • I use it frequently as a dip for my celery & carrot sticks. Sometimes for breakfast I'll toast a light fiber one english muffin (100 cals) and top it with hummus and fresh tomato.   • I did my 2nd day of the 30DS today, and I thought I was in good shape but man oh man I am sore today!! So I think it really is a great workout, but I plan on supplementing it with cycling and hiking when I can to avoid doing the same thing every day.
