  • :cry: :cry: :cry: That's all me right there. When I was 50 lbs lighter, I had neither- boobs nor butt. So my *kitten* will be doing plenty of stair climbs!! I don't want to lose it but i'd rather be healthy and put in a lot of extra work to get a muscly butt than a flab one!

  • Awesome! Thank you, that's what I want!! Do you incorporate squats in with your runs afterwards or do you dedicate full days to different exercises? And I've seen a couple people say stairs, definitely going to start hitting those.
  • Yes, this is true, but how many of us can live a 'hunter'gatherer' lifestyle whilst working our 9-5's. The closest we can get to it is buying produce at the farmers market rather than the grocery store :glasses: or if having the time and space, grow some of your own.
