It's fun way to kick my own butt. It isn't a magic workout. I currently have the goals to lose fat, at least maintain LBM, increase my cardio, and work capacity. Kettlebells seem to fit right into that. Current routine is: KB Deadlift x 10 Pushup x 10 Inverted row x 10 KB Upright Row x 10 Pushup x 10 KB Swing x 10 Pushup x…

I weigh myself fairly often but I only log my weight and tape measure on the first of the month to see the real trend. I was 6 pounds heavier Monday than I was on Sunday. At some point I'll feel the need to join a club somewhere in the Castleton, Fishers area. I am looking forward to returning to Climb Time…

Remind yourself why you are doing this. If your old reasons aren't inspiring you any longer, try to come up with some new ones. Remind yourself of prior victories and certainly try not to put too much weight on the set backs. Perhaps arrange your eating schedule to where you have a snack at the end of the workday that…

No medical issues yet. *knocks on wood* Just starting to feel the wear and tear of carrying extra weight.

Perfectly normal in my experience. It is probably water weight as others have stated. If you are just beginning to exercise it can lead to water weight loss or if you just recently started to really focus on diet changes, your sodium intake may be lower which lowers water retention. It will probably slow down soon. From…
