  • I'm struggling with that right now too! For this week I'm re-setting my goals from losing 2lbs a week to losing 1lb and trying to have a 3500cal deficit by the end of the week. My deficient for today is only 200 and I exercised for over an hour! Ha. Oh, the tapeworm! That is so terribly accurate!

  • I'm 21 and have a bunch of food intolerances so I'm all for healthy :) Add me if you like! I have a hard time being friends with people with EDs as well, especially on sites that encourage weight loss. It just makes me want to mirror them (bad! bad! bad!).

  • I was diagnosed with Celiac disease a year ago. My tummy is so screwed up that I also stay way from sugar, dairy, and soy. I would say it makes me be creative, but it mainly makes me put my MFP food diary on "copy from yesterday" all the time :P

  • Technically I'm a Celiac, but I have a lot of symptoms that fit under IBS. Maybe I will try that! I feel so much better when I don't eat, but then I feel dizzy if I don't eat for 6+hrs so "kinda fasting" may work! I'll give it a go and get back to you :) I'm glad you found something that is making you feel better!!!

  • onehecticmom - I know how you feel about the flusher being broken! Drinking loads of water just gives me an aqua baby belly :P And its not terribly attractive!!!!   • I am so terribly bummed! I weighed myself and omgosh TOM stinks! I can't officially log because I gained 4lbs overnight and I'm so bloated that I have really no idea what I weigh. I'm trying to get myself pumped to work really hard this week so maybe when all the bloating will go away I'll have lost something!!!
