Thanks for the reply! And I believe you are totally right, crunches are probably the culprit *sigh* oh well... I'll make sure to buy a mat as soon as I can and will go to the doctor if the issue doesn't clear... Thank you again :flowerforyou:

25g müesli, a small bowl full defrozen berries, and a low cal vanilla yogurt! And post workout, a quarter of a german protein bar and a kiwi alongside coffee with a teaspoon of sugar :D

Multigrain bread slathered with ricotta and honey - my mother pulled such a face the one time I dared to prepare one infront of her F'D

Thank you! (why didn't I think of it :embarassed: )

Maybe try black beans? There are 9g of protein for 100g and ~130 cals!

I guess it really depends! I can personally pull off 125lbs just like I can too with around 115! Your muscle mass also plays an important roll!

I lost too much and struggle to get both muscle and a teeny weeny bit of fat back, so nope!

Dried banana chips >< (those I buy, taste like crepe, it's addictive  )

You look stunning!

Happy belated birthday then :flowerforyou: ! I guess I'll need to remember calories should not be counted on one's birthday then! Thank you all :blushing:

Okay... okay, thank you :). I haven't had a cheat day in... a very VERY long time... I guess you don't get fat from one day to another anyway...

Thanks for all the answers! :flowerforyou: Yeah, i've also been considering sorbets and frozen yogurt but the place we've been planning to go to doesn't seem to have either available. And considering the warm weather we are FINALLY having here in Berlin, I really don't want to skip the occasion of eating a frozen treat…

I guess it really depends on when your activity level and the way you feel. I know some people able to eat a huge breakfast and a small dinner and others doing the exact opposite. I tend to balance it out - 300 calories in the morning, 300 calories at night. I guess you could go with something like that :) : - Breakfast -…
