I use a Fitbit, the fact it sync's with MFP is a gold star bonus and I really recommend it, coupled with a decent HRM you have the tools you need.

I use a FitBit and it is really useful, but my only reservation is that you need to create a car driving activity and note the times when driving and enter it, otherwise you will have false readings.(a Fitbit Aria scale is a real motivation bonus)

I use a scale called Aria from Fitbit, this scale does fat percentile etc, but what it really does is broadcast your weight to the Fitbit website and pass it on to MyFitnessPal, which means you cannot hide the results and this tends to make you think twice about going, "i'll be ok, one chocolate bar won't hurt" as you can…

Hello, I have just joined and have bought the aria scale to beat any self deceiving eeek!!..so this could be interesting, at present weigh 276 pounds and 6ft tall, down in Cornwall near Redruth if any walkers need company.
