It took me six weeks to get over Plantar Fisciitus, using stretching, night splints and painkillers, there is no way in Hell, that I am going anywhere without orthopedic soles and the correct shoes, but that's me, climbing up stairs on my bum, because my feet hurt so bad, is not something I intend repeating.:sad:

I use a FT4 nice and straight forward Cals burned, max hr, average hr, training zones for fat burning, you can replace all batteries easily and you can replace wrist strap when it wears out, what more can you ask.

Must admit my eyelids seem a bit itchy and dry, although overall skin seems reasonable.
