While my band size is not as small as yours (never got below a 36), I do need an E, sometimes an F for cup, depending on what the style is. I have bought bikini's from Swim Co. Great service, a little pricey, but, just get the top there and do a mix-n-match bottom from another store (Wal-mart). I've also really lucked out…

Most days I'm up at 5, shower, hair, makeup, dress, then head downstairs to pack up lunches for the 3 of us that need them. Wake up the kids, get them their breakfast, eat mine, off to the sitters. I drink my coffee at work, usually around this time!

You can change your username ...only one time so if you want to change it, do it, but make it good!

Amazing job! You look like a whole new person. . .some fierceness in those eyes!!

There is a difference...a small one, but the fact that your hip bones are showing the way they are makes me think that you should worry less about the scale and start to focus more on body recomposition. Also - you might want to put a warning about your pics not exactly being safe for work...

I did it for the 30 days straight...but have heard many people incorporate one or two rest days into each level (meaning out of 10 workout days, take 2 rest days, which would make it a full 2 weeks per level).

I was feling al ittle grumpy last night and may have food policed my daughter. She was trying to stall bedtime, and wanted a little "treat" for being patient at her brother's gymnastics. I offered her a yogurt tube, she declined, saying she was hoping for a chocolate chip cookie, or a piece of her unfinished kit-kat bar. I…

Thank you. This is very helpful and the guides for the moves are great.

Talking with professionals is your best step. At 6 years old there is likely something else that is going on. Be prepared for the professionals to single you and your husband, and other older/younger siblings out in terms of asking about your eating habits, comments you make about weight loss/weight gain and body image…

Nope...my sports bra is supposed to nip all bounce/jiggle/shimy/shake or any other kind of booby boogie in the but... as for controlled, my pecs aren't ready for that kind of heavy lifting...yet.

You all are so wonderful. Thank you. I'm happy if this post helped one extra person step away from the scale and revisit their progress. It's true, seeing ourselves everyday doesn't allow us to notice all the changes that happen over time. Take pictures more often. Measure yourself monthly. Weigh yourself less.

I second being cold. I have adapted a bit better to it now, but it takes me forever to warm up if I get really cold. Sometimes it sucks having to pay attention to everything I eat, or managing macros. But, I step away to clear my head and say I'm going to take a break but I just keep on coming back. LOL. I want to show…

It doesn't have to be expensive to feel like a reward. It could be as simple as a new lipstick/nail polish colour I like buying myself something that feels good - like an oversized bath sheet that is super fluffy and in a cheerful colour. Or fun socks.

I have replaced white sugar by using some honey in certain recipes - things like muffins, banana breads etc. It will really depend on what you are making. If you are watching your sugar in general, why do you need to cut it out from something that you are eating less often as it is?

You said it yourself that you are taking plenty of breaks, and, it's only been 17 days. Changes that are taking place might not always be outwardly visible in a short amount of time. The fact that your weight has increased makes me think that your body is retaining water to repair muscle etc. What is your eating like? Your…

People ask. I offer. I don't like to see someone struggling if I can help out. It doesn't offend me if someone asks. It does bother me when people assume I played basketball. (NO.) To the OP - I'm 5'11 and my weight loss is going slowly. Currently taking a diet break, eating at maintenance and still exercising. I'm in no…

If you own a food scale, why not just measure out the 8 chicken breasts and see? The chicken breasts I buy average around the 6oz mark.

Congratulations on making up your mind to change your lifestyle for the better. You sound like you have a lot of great goals in mind. One step at a time will surely get you there.

A whole lot can play into this. I can't see your diary, but, if you are severely restricting your calorie intake, over exercising, don't really have much weight to lose but think you need to get to a certain number etc. These can all have an affect on your cycle. I would recommend charting your cycle length, flow etc. for…

Thank you everyone. I don't know why I couldn't "see" it myself...but, I'm glad I see it now.

I like the yellow dress tied - it gives it a better shape, and actually your breasts look better with it done up than undone. As for the last dress. LOVE it...like OMG love!

Great work everyone!

Great job! As someone pretty new to the running thing I know how great these accomplisments feel.

I log all my food in the mornings, starting with what we will have for supper that night, working backwards to breakfast. This helps me because A) I commit to actually taking something out for supper and planning sides etc. so I'm not left feeding the family really late or else settling for a less than wonderful…
