I would suggest to take a break and eat at maintenance for 2 weeks. Enjoy it like a little holiday but don't give up. After 2 weeks you start again. Some time back I did WW and lost quite a lot of weight. Then I gave up because during my vacation I put on a pound .... you can imagine what happened with my weight ...

This is great - talk to your sister ! Perhaps you are a bit lonely as well ? I know this happened to me when I stayed home to look after my kids for a few months. I started work again part time and this was so much better for me. I felt so cut off from the world staying at home. But as I said, take baby steps and change…

Hi there, I feel with you. Try to live a healthier life, first and foremost. Take baby steps and first of all, try not to eat alone anymore, hiding away in a closet. You are better than that ! First thing, eat at a table with your family. Once you have mastered that, the next step... and so on. The important thing is to…

I used to take something similar like this way back prescribed by a doctor and when I found out what it really was, I stopped immediately as the side effects were really frigthening. Unfortunately, the weight I had lost came back very very fast and was there to stay. Damaging my metabolism I would say... I have learned the…

Yes, very brave ! I hope you will find your way out of this. There is a group I believe that are called Anonymous Overeater or something similar - perhaps you can check this out ? I must say that I remember an occasion where I had invited someone for coffee and set out some chocolate cookies. I was staring at these cookies…

This happened to me when I was doing WW, what to eat, what to cook, how much can I eat, what are the points / kcals of this or that, what can I eat next, etc. If you have little to lose, I would suggest to maintain for a while and listen to your body. Eat only when hungry -if you want, you can still log. When you feel more…

Hey guys Thanks so much for your replies. This is really helpful. I have eaten now one week without dairy but nothing has changed. So, I will try no seeds this week. I am reluctant to se my doctor just yet, as usually I get some prescription drugs from him and the side effects are often worse... I will google IBS
