Hi, I am suffering from this too. I have now stopped drinking coffee - I never thought I could do it, but to feel better, you try everything, right ? So, after two weeks, coffee free, I have just had one cup and bang, I felt really bad again for 2 days. It takes a lot of trial and error to figure out what are the triggers.

I set a date in the future about 4 months ahead and told everyone I would stop on that date. When the date came, I had no choice but to stop (I was smoking 20 - 30 a day)

I am the same, as soon as it gets colder, I want to eat more and not the salad stuff ... but what is helping are soups . I make them myself and they are very delicious and keep me and my family warm. A dash of olive oïl, onions, celeries, cabbage, carrots, a few potoatoes and boil for about 20 minutes - blend - and enjoy

congratulations on your fantastic loss ! After such a great loss, I would eat at maintenance for 1 month or so. Once you have stabilized your weight, you can cut again some calories. You have achieved a lot already, don't get discouraged.

Tell yourself you are not on a "sea-food diet" - you see food and eat it - I tell myself this all the time - I see food but I don't have to eat it !!!

Yes correct. I have to charge it only once a week and I wear it night and day. It also shows you how well you slept and how much the next day.

Hi, I just got my UP24 jawbone and love it. It's really simple and tells me the steps I have taken and hooks up with MFP so I get my kcals eaten and kcals burned. You really want to get those steps in, it makes me move more !
