10 months & 70 lbs gone

70 lbs officially gone as of this morning! My goal is in sight and my plan to look and feel my best by my 50th birthday is working. I'm so happy. I have a whole "new" old wardrobe. Sure is fun shopping in my closet!

    But seriously, I do track every day. I lost the bulk of it from December 1-Memorial Day. Then over the summer I stayed flat and enjoyed myself. And after Labor Day, I turned up the volume again and have lost another 15 lbs. It has not been a straight line. But I lose more often than I gain. And almost a year later.....here I am. :)

    Awesome! You look great. I've been here 10 months and have only lost 30. I did take some time off after a car accident but now I'm back. It's very slow going but I'm sticking with it.

    Not "only 30"!! 30 is great! It all happens 1 lb at a time. And progress is progress, regardless of the pace. Congrats!!!!
