Depends on what you are trying to do. If you are trying to lose weight I would skip the protein shake entirely, unless it is a meal substitute. If you are trying to gain weight/muscle I would eat before, at least 1 hour, and have a shale after. Your body replaces protein best in the 2 hours post workout.

Looking for the samething. I also let 30 lbs slip on, I have lost 10 but I am stuck here. Added motivation would be great.

20-25 is very healthy for a woman and you look like you are pretty healthy. Once you get into the teens women start to get ripped. And finally woman generally store body fat below their waist so being thinner above the waist is not telling. Men carry it on their belly.
