I am currently not doing anything. I am literally going to be starting from square one. I debated joining a gym for a long time but then I knew that I would never feel comfortable with that. I decided that when I did feel ready to start I could do so in my own home. I plan to start out with walking. I live in the frozen…

I use to be a big cheese addict, but I have worked hard to kick it. LOL!

I am not a fan of photobucket and I don't share pictures often so I just use tinypic! :)

You look great!!! :)

I am 5' 7' and right now I'd be happy with 175. I would never go lower then 165, I was once and everyone thought I was anorexic. (And in truth I had to eat very little to maintain that weight, I have a large frame though)

I had success on weight watchers about five years ago. I loved it, it was a fun program and I really liked my leader. I joined again a couple years later, and I hated the leader and I felt the program (although the same as before essentially) was not working for me so I quit and counted calories and had success there.…

Oh seriously I agree that you can't use your kids as an excuse. Since I refuse to get up early, I make exercise happen during the day! Yep when it is just me and them. I put the baby in the pack-in-play after she is fully fed and just changed. My 3 year old usually sits on the couch and critiques my moves. "Why didn't you…

LOL! :)

Haha, my husband and I are BOTH on a diet.... my husband doesn't do well hungry! Oh if we survive this we can survive anything! LOL!

I have already thought about this, no keeping clothes once I grow out of them. That way I can't grow back into them.... hopefully! ;)

Flylady... I tried that site out a few years ago, never could get into it. But perhaps I should that lady is onto things!! Had I maybe my yoga pants wouldn't have smacked that extra ten pounds onto my butt! As to some of the other responses.... ... trying to search brain to figure out how to deal with people who actually…

Thanks for all the encouraging responses!! I see my doctor in a couple of weeks for an unrelated matter and I will ask her about this then. (I suppose I should have thought to do that first!) Thanks again!!

Yea... I am thinking that taking it slow is just the key. I live in the frozen tundra so I suppose what I can do is work on losing some weight, maybe doing some basic exercise DVD's and come spring look into trying the C25K. I appreciate the impute. :)

Oh seriously that thing is freaky! I don't get how anyone doesn't see that!
-
Once a week... though I'd like to do it only every two weeks, I don't have that kind of will power! Haha!
-
Having had 3 c-sections my best advice to you is to take it easy! Give it at least 6 weeks, but 8 weeks is ideal! Hell my daughter is 10 months old and I am just now finally getting serious!! (3 kids 4yrs old and younger is a lot of work in itself!) Good luck and congrats!

I am a size 22. My goal right now is to get down to a size 12. When I get there I might see abut going lower but for now that is my goal.

My mother had an affair on my Dad when they had been married for about four years. They have now been married for over 40 years. I would say that they are still in love and that they are happy. However as long ago as that affair was I think there is still small grain of something there still, hurt, resentment, something I…

I had health issues where I was prescribed senna tablets and I had to be on them for almost a year and a half. I was worried about being dependent on them but when I stopped taking them I was just fine! -- hope you get relief soon, it's a real pain in the as..... Okay someone was bound to go there. ;)

Miralax would probably be your best option. You can take a higher dose the first two days. then go down to the regular dose for the days following that. My son had constipation issues and that is what we did. (Doctor ordered) So whatever the regular dose for an adult is, double it for a day or two (no more!) and you should…

This is awesome! Thanks for sharing everyone! :)

I hope my shoe size goes down. All my life I had worn a size 9 1/2 or 10 but after my last pregnancy I have had a hard time fitting in some of my size 10's and forget about the size 9 1/2's!

I wish that I could even run ONE mile, so you can run one for me!! :)
