Good morning. Today is Tuesday January 27th. I started my journey yesterday. I weighed 133.8 lbs and am 5'2" (62 years young). I had great success with MFP last year. Nothing to really brag about. 1 can of smoked oysters, 6 cheese crackers with peanut butter, 44 oz of water. Tonight will be much healthier. Planning for fresh Asparagus, Broccolli, and 2 cups of skim milk. This should round off my 1200 calorie goal just right.

I almost fell last night when I was stepping off. My foot landed on the dog bowl. It was a real eye-opener. From now on I will make sure my surroundings are clear of clutter.
