I confess that I don't understand the point of the stupid games where you comment on the poster above you. I checked out the "fun and games" thread and I didn't find it fun at all. This thread, however, is a gem.

I had minor surgery on Thursday and couldn't exercise. I was given the green light today and am worried about the weights after a five day hiatus.

That, when eating healthy food, I would get so tired of "eating". This morning, at breakfast, I told my husband I didn't know if I could finish because I was tired of chewing. I definitely eat a higher quantity of food now, just with lower calories...and sometimes I just am so tired of eating!

I am going to walk downtown to the bank on my lunch break. I confess, I don't know if I will be able to make it back to work in the allotted time. I also confess that I really don't care. These big babies can answer phones for 15 minutes!

Today, for the first time in a month, I am starving! I got rid of all my snacks before I started counting calories and we do not have a snack machine at work, so I am SOL...hopefully I am not so hungry by dinner (still 3.5 hours away) that I make bad choices. Every day, when I send my kids out the door to school, I say,…

Riding bike on a freshly graded road, against the wind, is a really good workout. That being said, does anyone know the calorie count for a mouth full of dust and bugs?

Pumpkin Pie Pop Tarts? I don't think we have those in Canada... Probably for the best. :(

I am a long way from my goal, but the guys at work are starting to notice. It makes Monday so much more bearable!

I met one of our male employees, walking down a hallway this morning. I moved to the side to let him pass and he told me I certainly didn't need to do that. "You are getting so thin, I think there is room for both of us!" I am nowhere near "thin", but it is nice when people notice the effort.

My NSV - Usually when I sweep and mop the floor in our big construction shops, I end up super sweaty and out of breath. I can only do one at a time. Today, I did both and wore a sweater the whole time. Not a drop of sweat and no shortness of breath.

Right? I don't know what I am going to do when I have to train because I am so effiecient at my job that I waste A LOT of time on mfp, reading blogs, etc. I bet I only actually work 4 hours of my 8 hour day and I don't know how I am going to fill the time in when I train.

One of the guys from my work (who I have a massive crush on, even though I am married) told me at work today that I was wasting away to nothing. I laughed it off, joking that I could live off my fat stores for three months, and he told me my shirt was way too big and it never used to be. I looked down and hadn't even…

I had a McDonald's Cheeseburger today. It was within my calorie limits, but the first time I have had complex carbs in weeks. I feel guilty and it really wasn't that good. Totally not worth the 300 calories I had to give up at dinner.

What about putting salsa on them? Or Greek yogurt and chives?

How I am secretly so annoyed at my husband for losing more than me. We are both eating low cal/low carb and he is losing twice as fast as I am and is allowed more calories. I know this is normal, and although I tell him how proud I am of him, I am secretly annoyed that it is so much easier for him than it is for me.

Thanks for all the love! What have I missed?

I am pleasantly surprised to see this thread still here! I left MFP a year ago, didn't gain, didn't lose. I am ready to rock it again and my hubby is at it with me. I feel like I am seeing old friends for the first time in a long time!

To be the weight I was before I got pregnant with my 3rd baby. 27 down, 10 to go. She is 8yo now. Long term goals: Onederland and then my weight when I got pregnant with my 1st baby. 50 pounds for that goal and he is 13yo.
-
I've lost an average 2yo and a rack of ribs!

I'M BAAAAACK! Confession: I am skipping 100 pages because it is too overwhelming to think I can EVER catch up again! I have missed you all!

Canada had much stricter food laws than the US does and that is why we get "gipped". I am a little bit glad that we have stricter food laws...less that I have to try and talk myself out of "trying".
