I live in Saskatchewan - all prairie - an we do not put gravy on our burritos. Anyone I know only puts gravy on potatoes and french fries. Burritos are for sour cream and salsa.

I take Juice Plus when I am sick. It helps boost my immune system and get better faster. I tend to not eat as well when I am sick and I don't exercise. However, that is the only time I take it. I eat a crap-ton of fresh produce, so any extra vitamins from the capsules would be eliminated as waste anyways.

My suggestion may be completely unfounded and insane, but I would go eat a big greasy burger and large fries and then continue with the deficit as you have been doing. That is what I do when I plateau and it seems to get everything moving again. I don't know why, but it just works for me.

Anytime I know of anyone going to the US, I get them to bring me back Jif Peanut Butter. I love it and got hooked on it right before it left Canada! Come to think of it, it's probably best that I can't get it now...lol, because I won't eat any other kind.

I second that comment. I eat 2 eggs, yogurt and grapefruit for breakfast every day. 350 calories and I am soooo full. I can't even fit in a morning snack.
