Admiring all you guitar players. I had a few lessons about half my life ago. I broke a couple of fingers playing sport and never returned to lessons - big, big regret. I have a ukulele but at some point in the future I will try again with learning to play guitar.

That's a great loss over 8 weeks, well done.

I take 160mg propranolol a day and I have done for some time. It hasn't had any effect on my weight loss (or gain before that) and lbs are moving in line with expectations.

This. I had settled for several things over recent years. A couple of months on MFP and everything is just so different, it's as though I am alive again. I was happy with life but now I am even more happy with life. Hopefully the future will be even better.

Strong and black for me, always has been. I love seeing all the different coffees people have but I just don't like it with anything in it. Not that often I have it anyway, more of a tea man (see location!)

Never thought I would be excluded for being too tall at 5'6" *sobs* Think my long-term goal is around 150 but will see how it goes.
