Me too. Didn't need to read it this close to bed time however; I do not deal well with spiders at all.

25, I think. Was very concerned that I would end up like my father who started going grey at 15 and by the age I am now had a mop of white hair.

Epic transformation by the OP, according to those pics. Just brilliant.

I hate the sound (and visual) of people brushing their teeth *shudders*

Was reading through the thread and hoping nobody had said this. You stole my line! :) Me? I'm told my accent is pretty 'cute' but who knows. I consider myself to be a good listener and I have a sense of humour, so maybe those.

I adore smoked salmon. It's always been something of a luxury item but it is unbelievably expensive these days, very hard for me to to justify buying it instead of something else.
-
Wonderful. Many congratulations, you both look so happy.

Hi everyone, Live in Nottingham and always happy to have new friends on here.
-
There are lots of people on here who will be able to support you and it's amazing what a difference it really does make. It's nice that you have a target to aim for as well, one that isn't simply 'lose x lbs'...you will do it, for sure.

Another one from Nottingham, here. And to continue the weather theme: sunny yesterday and brass monkeys today.
-
This. The difference in your eyes hits me. You look like you have a ton more energy now.

6 kids, in the Army and wanting to lose weight? Full of admiration, seriously. You can do it, my friend.
-
OP redfining the phrase about a picture painting a thousand words. Simply awesome, my friend. Simply awesome. Well done.

Just over 7.5 years ago I managed to quit what had turned into a 40 a day habit. I haven't had a cigarette since. I am posting that up not as a boast but to say that it can be done; to anyone who is trying to quit I wish you the very Best of British.

Well done, jon. An excellent loss after just 28 days. Congratulations.

Didn't realise there were quite so many fellow Brits; it's good to see. Nottingham here.

I would try and fit them into my calories. Then have a migraine.

As above, choose whichever you prefer. I just go with what I fancy at the time but I probably eat more wraps than bread rolls. Just wish the lower carb (and calorie) ones were readily available here in the UK.

Probably, but need to do more research :) Wouldn't send an FR though - as a fan of The Smiths it is kind of a rule to live in perpetual loveless self pity :D

Some interesting information and experiences in this thread. Thanks everyone for sharing. My efforts on fat loss have so far ignored my IBS and I have just paid attention to calories, now the time has come to address the IBS as well. Not being able to get out and exist, let alone live, is beyond frustrating.

Threads like this are why I am getting absolutely no work done! Amazing work and transformations in here. Well done everyone.
-
An amazing weight loss and also an amazing rate of weight loss. Congratulations, really inspirational.

Lots of places add a 12.5% service charge these days. Of course this is optional but lots of people out there won't ask them to remove it.
