I am 5'2" and my goal is 135. I technically should be about 119, but I know my body and at 135 I know I can be lean, toned, and sexy. So, that's what I want!

I can not have it in my house. I will literally eat tablespoons of it until it's gone. I wish I could be like the poster who said she doesn't like it. I love it.

I do love a nice gourmet coffee from a coffee house, but I make my own as well, besides the very occasional cup. I miss in Europe where the coffee from bakeries or cafes was so delicious and not near as expensive.

Sorry for your loss, your positive attitude and strength is so inspiring. AND, you are also awesome for rockin' it for us large chested girls. Just got done with shred, now doing zumba for wii with handweights. I am so sore. I have an HRM and in only a 20 minute class, I can burn 400 calories!!! My husband bought me insanity, but I'm scared of it. Going to do zumba for a while to get used to the high intensity cardio, then try it out.
