THAT is cool! Thanks for posting it.

Measure yourself now. That way you can compare that. Because I don't know if you're doing any strength, but I know I'm doing shred and am mostly losing inches. But you look pretty thin in your pic, so your body may not be letting go of any weight, you may just be toning???

Boy, do I understand. In the hospital, I accidentally pulled of a surgi-strip and now that spot looks totally diff from the rest of the scar. ugh! Oh well, the scar is low, so only my hubs and myself have to see it :/

I've had two. As a matter of fact, just had one at the end of Oct. I am on my way now. I was 200 lbs when I went in to have my last baby, and now I'm 157. I started walking about 2 weeks post op and started doing 30 day shred 8 weeks post op (with approval from doc) and I am working on it. If you had stretch marks, they…

I am really good with this, bc I can't drink it alone. I always use vanilla as my flavor as well, bc it's easy to manipulate. Here's a list of things I add, not necessarily together, but some of them I combine: greek yogurt jello chocolate mousse (60 cal) peanut butter coffee (yes, I know... lol) chocolate syrup (sugar…

Well, you were a beautiful girl to start with. Now with your loss and confidence, you are really shining!! You look great. WTG

I'm definitely not saying don't lift heavy or that I won't. I mean we all get old and saggy, I'd rather be STRONG, old and saggy. lol
-
I read this as well. And I think the concept makes sense, you are stretching your skin for muscle (just as an overweight person would with fat) and when you get older your muscles naturally go away, hence the sagging.

you look amazing. loove your tummy!!

yep. move out, buy your own.

"if my wife tried something like that" WOW, You sound like a real gem of a husband. lol

I will say sometimes a husband/significant other might have reservations about their spouse getting fit. But, that is NOT to say that it is done with hatefulness or even on purpose. I obviously do not know your husband, but sometimes people do this bc they feel like you may get attention and find someone "better" I think…

basically same as you sw 181 cw 157 gw 135 im 5'2'' I was down to 135 before I had my last baby and felt great. That's my goal. I had a goal of 119 then, but didn't reach it even tho I looked and felt great, so this time I'm going to be happy instead of feeling like a failure at 135

I also don't think it''s wrong if vanity is 1 on the list. Who cares?

being a good example for my children

Nah, don't do it. Make a pizza at home with healthy options, such as feta instead of mozzarella and. thin crust or even cauliflower crust if you really wanna cut down some calories. Pair it with a salad. Eat the salad first
