I agree! She doesn't explain why in Body Revolution but she does explain in her books Master Your Metabolism.. I guess she just assumes we're all big fans of hers haha I'm following the meal plan day by day. I love the food, the variety and that we can freeze the extra servings.

I use a Polar FT4 and love it! My boyfriend has a Polar FT7. That one has more features, but he doesn't even use them. I definitely recommend it! One day I can burn 350 cal for a workout and the next 240 for the exact same workout.. Yeah I can tell because I know I didn't put as much effort but I wouldn't be able to get an…

Take your own snacks! This works for me Research processed foods. Once you know what those chips are made of and what those chemicals do to your body, you may not be as fond of them :D

People can be so cruel! But you can do this! Not just to show her (sure, that'll feel good ;)) but to show yourself that you can! Just stick to MFP and you'll see yourself shrinking :)

I'm also doing 1,200 cal and this was happening to me.. I do eat enough food since it's mostly vegetables. I started tracking my water to make sure I drink enough. Now that I'm drinking more water, I go regularly, at least once a day. Hope that helps you!

Heavily processed foods. I was eating 1200 cal of low-fat, fat-free everything.. And wasn't losing weight. Now that my diet is pretty much all whole foods, I'm losing weight steadily :)

There's a book by Bruce Fife titled "The Coconut Oil Miracle." He mentions many studies. It's a great short read! I've switched to using coconut for cooking now and olive oil only for salads or in anything that won't be heated.

You should try doing a no junk food challenge. After a week or two, you won't miss them. That's what's worked for me. I haven't had any junk food in 71 days. Woop! :)
