  • Metformin was destroying my stomach so I went off of it for a month and started Inositol 1/4 tsp of Jarrow powder. I feel so much better when I take it but if I take more that 1/4 tsp, I get bad heart burn.   • I was reading on another low carb board about heating up coleslaw mix in a pan until cooked and then adding in Laughing Cow Cheese wedges to taste. It was very popular and easy. I am trying it tonight.

  • I do BBQ or spicy pork rinds, Mini Pepporinis w/cubed cheese, Egg whites mixed with unsweetened cocoa-cook in a little skillet on both sides-once it comes out add a Tbsp of cream cheese or Peanut butter. ---YUMMMO!
