No because BMI does not take in your muscle weight which all in all is heavier so weighs more than what fat does so your bmi is likely to be higher if you have more muscle than fat. Good luck x

Hey. Thanks for warning me about anorexia but I have been battling with it since I was 12. I am only asking these exercises to get more healthy and toned rather than what I am now. I am classed as a healthy weight right now :)

Thank you- I do not have a treadmill but when I go to the gym I'll make sure to go on one but I normally go on slightly faster but thanks:D

Just don't worry about it now. The damage is done and I don't think it will have a huge impact anyway. Just remember tomorrow how you felt after eating that and make sure you do not do it again and eat more healthy snacks if you are craving. To make sure you're not OD on calories. Good luck x
