I drink coffee with truvia and soymilk and coke zero. It may not be the best for me but it is better than regular coke and Starbucks. I prefer it over caffeine withdrawal. :)

I guessed myself 17.5% bigger than I am. Wow!

I'm 5'7" and will be 29 next month. My heaviest was around 350, I don't know exactly how much I weighed. My lowest in my adult life was 198. Currently, I weigh 250, just weighed this morning.

I have a 115 lb mastiff named Titan. He is a big lazy baby but he looks forward to his 30 minute walk every morning when we walk my son to school. He is waiting at the door at 7:15 with the leash in his mouth. Because of him I have lost about 30 lbs in the last few months. Dogs are great for that. :)

I remember when I first realized I could paint my toenails without difficulty. I was ecstatic, almost as ecstatic as I was when I realized I could cross my legs. LOL

123 lbs in 14 months. and I don't care how much you lose. Any amount of weight is something and you should be proud of it.

Loner. I had a few friends and that was all I cared to have. I am still this way now and people assume I must be lonely or depressed b/c I choose to have few friends. lol I was also the smart kid that everyone wanted to cheat off of. ;-)

The moment when you can bend down to pick something up in the car without a problem My biggest moment so far was when I went home for Christmas for the first time in 2 years and my mom asked where the rest of me went. lol
