^This. My mother died 2 years ago, at the age of 64. She suffered from heart disease and diabetes, and had spent the majority of her life over 250lbs. I was 26 when she died, and decided that I am going to do everything in my power to prevent going down that path.

Deployments suck! My husband thankfully hasn't been gone for a couple years, but we have gone through 7 in our marriage so far.
