Once again, notta...I am starting to see a pattern emerge..Lose two pounds, stall 4 weeks, lose 2lbs...Ugh! Following this logic, I should lose 2 more this week, so here's to keeping fingers and toes crossed!

I'm the girl showing up with a case of Stella asking if I can get naked about 5 minutes after I am in the door, just so I can remember being naked before I get drunk...I then proceed to run around with markers asking people to color my tats/write messages/etc on me. I love me some good ice breaker activities! :bigsmile:

12 years come October with my best friend. Married him when I was 17, and everybody said we wouldn't make it through a year..I can't imagine what life would be like without him. We have hit a great groove in the past couple years, really enjoying each others company and our time as a family. I'm looking forward to the next…

Down a pound as of Saturday, and another as of today! That's 2lbs for the week and 6lbs total!! I wanted to lose 12 for this challenge, but my month long stall may have disrupted that, so I just want to lose what I can between now and the end!

My husband, bless his heart, is always trying to "help me" work out. Thing is, he is such a PT stud, and I'm just..not. haha! There is no way I would go to the gym with him right now, but I will down the road for sure! We are stationed at Ft. Campbell now, but as always subject to change!

I would suggest that if you are really unhappy with the way your legs are starting to look that you simply work on a couple of leg exercises (i.e. keep the squats and lunges) and ditch the rest, plus do more walking/running. Going to give it til tomorrow to weigh in, but so far this week no loss..This is the 4th week with no loss on the scale. Thinking about recalculating my numbers and mixing things up for a couple weeks.

Not to mention, we weigh nothing in water, so eating chocolate in the bathtub will not add to our calories!

Still at a 4lb loss, would love to add another to that number this week, but I don't know that it will happen. Ran 2.5 miles today on the treadmill, farthest I have ever gone. Hopefully I can keep that up and keep building on it. Here's to pushing ourselves and having an awesome week!

After 10 years, we still have waffles as often as possible, usually 5-6 times a week...I get reallllly cranky when I don't get my waffles, so he makes sure we have plenty..

50 Monday and 50 Tuesday, dumbell squats with 40lbs..No weights today but have 25 done, looking to do the other half before my walk tonight!

Well I was sick a couple of days, but saved 8 slices of cheesecake roughly this past week..Pretty awesome!

Well, the new scale that read me 2lbs heavier last Sunday now reads me at the weight the old scale reads me..Net loss is 0, but I'm moving those numbers! Oh, and I'm down a full inch on my waist from 2 weeks ago!!!
