I lost 36 pounds and didn't go down one size. My back fat went away, and I wasn't spilling out the sides any longer. But the bra size remained the same. I am sure if I ever lose the last 15 or 20 I will go down a size. My body will be healthier, so I don't care one iota. :flowerforyou:

It takes awhile for your mind to catch up with your body I will say I am 139, have lost the better part of 30+ pounds and still think I am ginormous. But YET I look at another woman my size and think she is beautiful and perfect. Go figure

The dips surprised me. It was really hard to do, which means the poor tri's have had no attention whatsoever. I cannot find my weights, so ended up using my green band for bicep curls used the chair for push ups. Not sure how fast I will progress there, but I am aiming for form more than a number.

It is great that you are reaching out. As many have said, the good news is you can lose weight with a caloric deficit using MFP to log all your food. If and when you feel you can, then you can walk or add some sort of exercise. Hope you're having a painfree day:flowerforyou:

I am 5'2" and petite. Wore a size 6 ring at 170+ pounds. When I was 105 pounds I looked good, not sickly. NOT that I ever have a desire to be 105 again. I was under 25 and that was me then.
