I am trying to think of ways to incorporate your belt into your exercise routine!! Ooh ooh............Yoga stretches! Lay on your back with on knee bent. I have been sick, but I get it. I keep thinking if I just kept up with the gym 3 yrs ago, if I just............we only have today and please, tomorrow........so I couldn't make it to the gym tonight due to migraine but I am going to play with my weights and work on my planks and push ups. :smile:
