177... I maintained this week. It was a pretty rough one for me. I worked out 4 days but wasn't really feeling well the other days. On a better note - I just finished week 3 of couch 2 5k! I have never joined one of these challenges! Is it too late? If not then my starting weight (today) is 177. I was lucky enough to maintain my weight over the holiday season! I have lost 25 so far - about 25 more to go!
