Sorry nz_deeva, didnt realise people were here also to gain weight and muscle, thought it was about weight loss :P Im getting quite bored with my meals I have absolutely no creativity in my bones at all ! :(

I basically have cereal for breakfast, spinash salad with either Gurnard or chicken on the top for lunch and dinner, sometimes I come up with an alternative
