  • My fav shake is Premier Protein, 30 grams of protien, 160 calories, 1 gram of sugar and both the vanilla and chocolate are good! I have bought 2 boxes that are too thick and I contacted Premier and they sent me two replacements. You can buy them at costco.
  • that's my problem area too...my trainer has said sprints will trim your stomach. Intervals has really helped me. I run at a slow pace for a few min to warm up then I'll run at a fast pace for 2 minutes and slow it down again. hills are good for that too. Getting your heart rate up then down in intervals is a great burner.…
  • I run with a jogger and a 20 lb baby too!! Much harder!! and you burn more calories too :)
  • I run 6 days a week, some say its too much but its summer and I don't want to do cardio indoors! I know the experts say rest and hydrate before a race but it's only a 5k and if you feel like running DO IT! just watch your feet so you don't hurt yourself.
