For me it's always hard on weekend! I just don't feel like cooking, plus I feel like rewarding myself.. but on Mondays I feel guilty!

I weight in this morning... minus 2 pounds!!! Could this be the end of my awfull plateau! Hope it is! So today's weight is 145 (sorry I'm used to weight in on Mondays!) Have a nice week everyone!

I would like to join to! I've been training and on IP until October, I've lost 35 pounds since, I would like to lose 17 more but I kind of it a plateau for the last few moths. Any advises?

I did the 6 week 6 pack for the whole level one but then found the level confusing I then switch to the 30 days which I mix up with No more trouble zones and boost your metabolism.
