Yes I think it is enought to gain 5-7 kilos if you ate like that for 10 days. Only a pizza could have 3000 calories.

I believe you have the wrong attitude towards this. Being fit and healthy is a way of life, not something we do temporarily to lose some weight. So if you have this rule in your life you can enjoy some junk every now and then without ever getting weight.

None. With so-so diet you will get so-so results. And I cant be satisfied with anything than the best.

A free day for me is 3-4 glasses of wine on Saturday. Other than that since I started eating healthy 5 months ago I dont want to eat unhealthy it doesnt feel nice any more!

You are eating too little that's why you are stuck! What is wrong with these 1200 kcal diets, it's WRONG people you are burning your muscles! Scale goes down but not fat!!!!

That is too little. As stated above eat walnuts, almonds, avocado etc. Healthy food with calories. Also eat oats for breakfast.
