yeah I have a " christmas party" in January to go to next weekend. I have one bottle of wine left I think I will take it with me and polish it off for the good of the holiday of course, then I will give it up till spring/ summer maybe ummmm or maybe not... ;) love my wine...

I have used the 6 star from rite aid as well but I had the vanilla it was lower in sugar and carbs. It was good with almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk. I like it I would like to try to the chocolate next time.

Same here I lost over 70 lbs a few years ago and I cant seem to make it past 160 so I got burt out with everything slacked off and gained about 15 of the 70 back I am so tired of losing the same 2 lbs for the last few months as well im up two down two. what a coincidence unfortunately I dont have any words of wisdom but I was looking at shoes as well today and this very same book came up in conversation with the sales guy and some Nike shoes I was looking at. Hummm interested in what you find out. I need some new shoes as well.

Im totally in...... I would love to be able to ask a person about different wines or discuss calories, or which ones are yummy, which ones are horrible etc...add me if ya figure it out :)

I have not found a red wine as of yet I like as well that is not too high in calories, I have been doing low carb. I found that Gallo white Zinfandel is no carb so I try to stick with that for the most part. Would love to find others that are low cal and low carb but I cant stomach very dry wine...

I lost 70 lbs and well lets just say... In the future I will be getting a boob job... I am not liking what I was left with... So yeah you will lose there, probably first... :( hang in there its worth being healthy but that is one of the not so nice things that happens..

I have always heard you should exercise every other day... That way you have a rest in between and your muscles can recoup..I tend to exercise every day but I do something different every day. For example cardo, then the next day weights, etc. its good not to over stress the same muscle every day is what I have been told.…

well said... I have noticed when I lower my carbs and load up on protein I have very little hunger... It does sound like your bodys craving the carbs.
