I eat for so many reasons its really hard to break that habit... I eat when I am tired, stressed, angry, upset, you name it... I try to at least log it all that way I am accountable for what I am eating. Good luck and if you would like to friend request me feel free.

google low carb foods. I do low carb as well. Stay close to 100 a day if not less. My trainer said if you have carbs it should be the good ones. But as of yet I have not gone there I just stay below a certain amount.... Friend me if you would like good luck

well seems as though I did that today... Didnt exercise and binged on Kit Kats... ugh So thats a good question interested in seeing what info you get sorry I am not any help. But I can relate for sure... hang in there... :) back on track tomorrow

I can only tell you what I do and what works for me.... I dont stress too much over cardo 20 minutes 3 times a week, low carb and lifting weights. more muscle burns more fat... good luck :)

OMG yes I can relate doing high protean, less carbs, I know I am working out enough because I am sore as heck, I lost the majority of my weight about 2 yrs ago but I still have about 20 lbs that just wont go... I would say I might say that at times. I HATE WORKING OUT... I cant say I enjoy it at all. But I do it because I have to so I can live longer than my family members that are already dead. there are times I come home from working out and my husband says " how was your work out" I say it was a work out, I hate working out…
