  • We make some traditional favorites. The last few years since most in our family are either diabetic or watching there weight we try to make them the least calorie as possible. Use splenda instead of sugar, use fat free where ever possible, low fat where ever possible so at least we don't have the thousands of calories that…
  • honestly can I say when I was born? I was brought up in a family that was morbidly obese. I was not taught the importance of eating the right foods or exercise. Thankfully since having my children I have tried to instill a better way of eating and exercise. I lose sight here and there of how important it is.

  • Hello my name is Robin , I am a mother of 3 girls ages 18,13, 6... the last one was a last ditch effort for a boy. No such luck. After having my babies my gram passed and it was time for me to be healthier for my girls or I would suffer the same ailments as she did. I lost 70 lbs and I was feeling great never been 160 in…

  • I am new here as well. Your story has some similarities to mine I lost around 70 lbs and hit a brick wall and could not move past it my body just did not want to do it I tried everything. I constantly rotated from low carb, low fat, and counting calories. Your body gets to use to the same old thing you need to change it up a bit occasionally. I was also told…
