Hmmmm, Well I have about 55-60lbs to lose, so at the half way mark, im going to get my very first tattoo I think! So at around 160lbs i will get it! For my main goal.....I have no idea, ill have to start thinking! :)

See the thing with me is that I dont just binge on sugary treats, it can be anything at all, bread, crackers, sweets, pasta....ANYTHING within reach!! Its horrible and I wouldnt wish it on anyone!! But thank you guys, your comments mean alot!

Most WOMEN need more than that for their bodies to function correctly....men need more!! Speaking from experience, I would aim to eat more calories because you will get fed up of eating such low calories and being deprived and it could lead to binging!!

Not this again!! Let those who want to sweat it out on the treadmill do their thing and same for those who want to lift weights!! If everyone stopped telling each other that they are wrong, the world would be a happier place....or at least MFP!

I just still don't understand why you have to or should give tips....you are already paying to get the piece of art done? Are you tipping because they have done a good job? But surely that's the least you'd expect from them?

According to Scoobys workshop, your tdee is 2,243 cals.......so you shouldnt gain any weight if you eat at or below this number! I am just starting to eat more to weigh less and I am worried, but It makes sense that in order to provide our bodies with the calories and nutrients we need to exercise more.....we have to eat…
