Gym membership definitely. More equipment options and it gets you out of the house. Treadmills at home tend to turn into coat racks. I love my gym membership. I thought about this too when I first started out and I am glad I went with the gym.

I didn't realize how hard a full body strength workout is. I was to tired for cardio.
-
That is just to funny and probably more accurate then I care to admit lol
-
HRM is more accurate! It knows what you are actually doing vs what fitbit thinks you are doing. I use both. I have a fitbit one and a wahoo blue hr. The HRM really changed how I workout.

I have no idea. I didn't see her go up for a medal or anything.
-
I would love that. I still am so lucky to have even placed. I wasn't expecting it at all.
-
I'll agree with that :P

He does sound kind of creepy to me. I wouldn't tell the management yet. Keep your distance. Like someone suggested if he takes the machine next to you move to a different one. If he really starts to get weird then it is time to talk to the gym staff about it. I might even try going at a different time if you can. Just be…

I do find money to be a good motivator. So I hope it will work and people will be honest.
-
Seems like just a matter of finding the correct connections. I think I may disconnect Digifit and fitbit

This ^ I like to have Coke Zero or Pepsi Max when ever I absolutely have to have it. They are both zero calorie but don't have the bitter after taste of their diet counterparts.
-
It feels like forever but probably 2 months or thereabouts.
-
That is the trouble with being adopted I don't know my genetics... le sigh. So I'll just have to wait for the surprise!
-
Someone else told me to do that. I don't have enough yet. But in working on it
-
I drink water 95% of the time but if I absolutely have to have soda I will have a Pepsi Max

The queens's wave! lol. Love it. Don't get me started on what they are eating.
-
I am guessing that when people know you are trying to lose weight they expect you to be a size 2 by tomorrow.

I have been heavy for all of my adult life and my most humiliating experiences have been people asking me if I was pregnant and/or when my baby was due. I've never been pregnant. Thankfully a change of job has stopped that. It was all from tactless overnight customers at anywhere from 1-3 in the morning. I hated it so…

I'm with you on the beef stroganoff. That and buffalo chicken wings.
-
I didn't like it either. I haven't tried soy milk yet.
-
I think the worst part of it is that I bought a fitbit aria scale that is supposed to be able to do your body fat percentage but that doesn't seem to be changing either.
-
Home appliances can be temprimental at times, if you'd call a scale an appliance.

I love love love being so connected right now!! Apps and services connected to MFP and Runkeeper: Fitbit GymPact Fitbolt Everymove Earndit Zombies, Run! I am hoping to get an HRM here soon that will also connect to Runkeeper and MFP What can I say I am a sucker for data collection.

I want one too....sadly I need that thing called money first. First on my fitness priority list is a HRM.

I saw an older man just sitting on the recumbent bike watching tv. Not riding it just sitting there for a solid 15 minutes. He may have already did his work out I just thought it was odd. Oh and he didn't clean it afterwards....eewww I hate that so much.

When I worked nights the first thing I ate was breakfast and my last meal before bed was dinner. It also drove my father nuts when he would meet me after work for "breakfast" and I would order spaghetti.
-
For me it's just a matter of when I'll be able to push myself harder without feeling like I am going to die.
-
I might think about doing a 10K when I am sub 30 minutes.

I meet my husband in high school when I was 14. We started dating a year later. I was 15 and he was 17. He was my date for most of my school dances and prom. We've been together for 10 years total but we've only been married for 3 years, we just had our anniversary on June 5th. I was in pictures from his family reunions…

I have one :) I even have it set to track the negative calories when for when I'm being lazy. I have my activity level set to lightly active, I'm a greeter at home depot so lots of standing but not a lot of lifting. And I can't sit still so I pace a lot. In an 8 hour day I can take 10,000+ steps easily.
