I do Chicken Tacos, put 4-6 boneless breast, a can of black beans, 1 can mexican seasoned diced tomatoes, packet of chicken taco seasoning, and a can of corn. cook on high about 4 hours, shred, then serve in tortillas or on a bed of lettuce with fat free sour cream and 2% cheese

If you cook meat with the bone in it takes longer and tends to have moister meat, If you use boneless breasts you have to cook it for less time

I get sushi with brown rice ALOT. you just have to ask. It depends, if you go to a restaurant for it call ahead and ask.

I drink ALOT on the weekends and the only advice I can offer is to exercise. I chose to "drink my dinner" and have no snacks all day to save room for lots of alcohol. I agree with Mandillynn. I have a 13 dollar digital scale and mine will give me the same weight repeatedly no matter how many times I step on it in a row

I use http://www.nutritiondata.com/. I've tried Sparks but I like this better. I test out sites by "faking" a recipe with 4 ingrediants like cans of veggies using the whole can so I can add it myself to test the accuracy
