I'm also quite a snacker! While trying to kick the bad habits of eating cream biscuits and chips, I am having pretzels and lentil chips instead. 20 pieces of pretzels and 22 pieces of lentil chips around 100 calories each. Crispy and satisfying! Of course not very healthy though

Hi, I don't think that snacking is necessary if you are not hungry or have no cravings! If you just eat 3 meals a day, you will lose even faster!!
