Are you talking about Jillian Michaels so called pills that are on the market? If so, that is rubbish. Jillian herself says she doesn't have such stuff on the market, that it's a hoax, don't go there. It's not true.

I'm allowed 1,560 calories a day. I try not to go over 1,320 if all possible and I absolutely carry my calories over to the next day. No way. I exercise an hour to an hour and a half, then that carries over more, but I don't really use those either. It just makes me feel good that I exercise and I'm able to be burning…

You do "Weight Training" first, Then "Cardio". Because if you do "Cardio" first it takes 15-20 minutes before you burn fat. You also burn less fat doing "Cardio" first. One article said in doing "Weight Training" first you have MORE energy, too. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Teresa Tuck
