I've been asked whether I was pregnant and also been told a couple of times that I've put on weight (ah, really?! Thanks for telling me, I thought my trousers had shrunk in the wash!) Horrible and rude, I wish people would filter the stuff that comes out of their mouth!!

What about going to the gym instead of having the same old fight in the house? Just leave and come back in an hour's time, all done... Don't give up or else they'll never learn that you have the right to have a life, too!!

Every winter I put on the same 20 pds and then get my act together and lose it before summer hits. For me it' s entirely the idea that once the diet is finished life will resume and the weight will just miraculously stay off. Maintenance is what I need to get my head around properly this time!

ALWAYS stick with the same scale and then just see whether you've gained or lost on THAT scale! I never weigh myself on anything else than on my old analog scale it would be too depressing lol!

Every day a huge milky coffee! No chocolate whatsoever, unfortunately for the time being it has been banned. Once I have one I want more!! So it has been replaced by fresh dates or prunes (not quite the same haha!)
