I log on everyday with an open diary, but my eating is so unstable, that if you have an eating disorder, or are easily triggered, you really shouldn't add me.

I lost 30 pounds, and although I lost 3 jeans sizes, I don't see a flipping difference in the mirror. It just pisses me off...

it takes 60 hours to enter starvation mode. I've done this diet, lost 7 pounds, and after it ended, gained 3 back. So combining weak effects + hunger + pain for 3 days and tiredness, it's not worth it.
