I have seen in cans or jars at the grocery, but I don't live in Canada. Look for Nopales or Nopalitos. If you have a Mexican grocery somewhere, I bet they would have it.

I'm not doing Insanity but....couldn't you make one yourself? Protein powder, fruit and ice - maybe some yogurt....voila! I even make shakes with oatmeal thrown in.

You are supposed to eat back your exercise calories otherwise your body isn't getting the nutrition and "fuel" it needs.
