At the moment in trying to stick to cardio.. I did 2 miles on the elliptical this morning n burned 400 calories so I'm super excited about that. I also do work on my stomach n arms but focused on cardio. What about urself? @siamay

Hi everyone.. my motivation was also my kids. I'm 31 n for one reason or another I was exhausted n had no energy to hang out with my kids. I've been working out for 2 weeks n it has really given me that push I needed. I'm loving it n can't wait to get my sexy back lol so I'm glad to join this motivation group cus lord…
