I like running outside however I don't like it when it is too cold or too hot... So then I prefer the treadmill... I use the treadmill more though cause it is easier on my joints and my home gym area is climate controlled.

Feel free to add me... I need some more people to keep me motivated as well... I currently weigh 270 and would ultimately like to weigh around 150 if possible.... We can do this thing together. :)
